About the Club
By AdminWMCC is not a marque based club, but rather a collection of sociable individuals with a common passion for motorcycling. The make, model, age or horsepower of a member’s motorcycle isn’t important. A strong interest in motorcycles and motorcycling is what counts. We celebrate diversity in motorcycling as it makes life and interaction at meetings interesting (in a good way). Everyone is welcome.
As stated in the Club’s History and re-enforced in the Statement of Purpose, we are proud to be a social, motorcycle riding club that promotes all facets of motorcycling from vintage to new motorcycles, the ordinary to the extraordinary, as well as raising funds for local charities. WMCC also benefits from the expertise of its members. Through the exchange of ideas regarding motorcycle restoration, racing, touring, repairs, tuning and parts acquisition, we have built up and continue to develop a broad skill base with the opportunity for members to liaise. In this process, the club assists in the preservation and restoration of ‘classic’ motorcycles.
WMCC is affiliated with the Association of Motoring Clubs (AOMC) and is an Approved Club for the VicRoads Club Permit Scheme for the use of historic vehicles on Victorian Roads.
